ITINERARY

  • Departure from Sofia at 06:00, arrival at the Vrattsata pass between 7:30 and 8:00

  • Access to your chosen route on the Central Wall - up to 1 hour

  • Ascent of the Central Wall via a selected climb - ranging in difficulties from 6a to 6c+. Depending on your skills, the duration of climbing is between 4 and 12 hours.

  • Descent via hiking or rappelling - around 1:30h. Return to Sofia.

  • Required equipment:

    • climbing helmet, harness, climbing shoes and comfortable, close-fitting approach shoes
    • comfortable clothes with long sleeves - a blouse or shirt and light, comfy trousers
    • Top shell - membrane jacket or windbreaker
    • down and/or fleece jacket (hooded)
    • Sunscreen
    • Sun glasses
    • Headlamp with spare batteries
    • small and light backpack (about 25 liters)
    • food and water for the day
    • hiking poles (optional)
