The rock walls at Vratsa are the mecca of technical alpine climbing in Bulgaria and we quite rightly call them the "Bulgarian Yosemite".
This place is home to the biggest rock faces, the most difficult climbing routes, but also a huge number of long and moderate alpine routes, which are like a magnet for climbers of all skill levels.
You will be able to get your climbing fix during pleasant climbing on sheer walls and highly technical traverses with numerous ascents and descents on exposed ridges.
Of course, the rappels here are an absolutely mandatory part of your day, and the final touch to the climbing experience, is added by the breathtaking panoramas of the village of Zgorigrad and the peaks of the Vratsa Balkan Mountains.

The "Fang" route on the tower of the same name combines all of this in 200 meters of vertical rock climbing, followed by a super interesting traverse along a greatly exposed summit ridge. The route is also suitable for people with less experience - it is enough to have climbed in a gym or on a small crag and be able to belay your guide. The grade barely touches 4+ and you will be able to enjoy very beautiful and pleasant alpine climbing the whole day!
