PROGRAM
Day 1
Route: “Belmeken” Sport Complex > Ravni Chal and Belmeken Peak > “Belmeken” Sport Complex
The group will meet at the “Belmeken” Sport Complex at 9:30 a.m., where we’ll settle in. Next, we’ll check and prepare our gear. Today, depending on the conditions and the group’s fitness level, we’ll climb either Belmeken Peak or Ravni Chal (or both). As we trace an elegant path up the wide, gentle slope, we’ll enjoy the ever-expanding panoramic views unfolding before us. The ancient Rhodope Mountains and the majestic Pirin peaks will fill the landscape to the south. We’ll even catch a glimpse of the mountains along the border with Greece, as well as — of course — Musala. After a well-deserved long break, including an even more essential photo stop, it’s time to buckle up, get our skis ready, and tackle the main event of the day. Enjoying beautifully carved turns, we’ll ski back down to base camp for dinner, rest, and some pleasant conversation.

Day 2
Route: “Belmeken” Sport Complex > Ortachal > Kameniti Chal > “Belmeken” Sport Complex
After breakfast at the sport center, we’ll take our time and set off along the slope of Ortachal, known for its panoramic rock formation called Zabcheto. During the ascent, we’ll enjoy stunning views of the Pirin Mountains, the Rhodopes, and the nearby Rila peaks.
Then we’ll continue to the flat summit of Kameniti Chal — welcoming from all sides, except for its impressive eastern face! At the summit, of course, we’ll take a well-deserved break to eat and take as many photos as we want!
And just like that, we’ll begin the most epic ride of our tour!
The descent from Kameniti Chal will fill our hearts with the joy of carving elegant turns down the endless, wide slopes, and the view of the huge reservoir will leave us feeling as if we’re riding in distant Scandinavia…
